Who are you?
Together with our sales team you are the face of our company. You irradiate the enthusiasm, motivation and proactiveness that we are known for.
You are capable of truly listening to your clients and think with them to find the right solutions to grow their company further.
Your good listening skills and your quick thinking also make it possible to get the essence out of sometimes vague conversations with your clients. When your client is struggling to figure out what he actually wants, you guide him with the right questions to get to a concrete action plan.
You discover the hidden needs that the client didn’t even know he had.
You are naturally curious and interested in others. This means that you like to dive into the business of your clients, learn the ins and outs so you become a valued partner of them. You have a broad interest, because your partners may vary from companies in the agricultural sector, to insurance or construction; anything is possible.
You are not afraid of a little pressure, urgent on-the-spot requests motivate you to find a way to get them done in time.
You are also not afraid to think along critically with your clients and tell your contacts if you feel something they want is not a good idea. In this way you become a respected sparring partner.
What will be your role?
As client manager you are the first point of contact for our clients. Through your friendly and open way of communicating your ensure they are looking forward to contact you every time. You offer a listening ear and a critical sparring partner, through which you make Giraffes4Zebras indispensable.
You are the one who knows your clients best and makes sure they are happy.
Within the team you are the ‘spider in the web’, as you are the glue bringing our teams together. Together with the sales team you sign new clients and prepare the action plans. You then brief our design and technical teams to make sure they have everything they need to provide the products that your client is looking for.
In order to help your clients properly, you work in a structured way and are good at keeping an overview of many tasks. Together with our project manager you keep track of the deadlines and make sure products are delivered in time.
